Answer | Given that a lot of social media is not moderated for toxicity, and not every platform has enough human moderation resources, or automated systems, we thought it would be useful to bring that capability directly to the user to improve their audiences' channel experience. |
Question | Is my data secure? |

Answer | Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and deleted after 30 days, we only keep data for model training and false positive reporting, available in your ProfanityBlocker Dashboard. You can also check out our Privacy Policy. |
Question | Any Reddit API limits? |

Answer | The Reddit API operates with specific usage limitations. Each account is allocated defined API calling quotas, with free monitoring accounts receiving a lower allocation. Premium Reddit Monitor license holders receive enhanced API quotas across all monitored channels. Please note that Reddit Monitor license quota restrictions apply in addition to the standard Reddit API quotas. |
Question | How does pricing work? |

Answer | Every channel will be given a service license, usage policy per licence still remains. Given the Reddit API limitations we may have to adjust our pricing to fit the Reddit platform. For example:
